Here's my notes. Let me know if there is anything awry
or missing.

Attending -
 Dave, Oisin, Ketan, Doug G, David, Wayne,
 Bernd, Doug S, Donald, Ed (for a short while)

Don updated us with the information that he has
assumed Bjorn's conference organizational role.

Updates on the Panels - progress is still a bit slow,
except for Dave Carver on testing, but we're all
promising to do better. Oisin took an action item
to update the wiki with Panel templates for all,
in the hope that it will help inspire :)

No one screamed about the submission guidelines.
Attendees continued not screaming when Oisin asked
for objections to officially opening the system.

(Result - Ian is in the process of drafting the initial
announcement, for release tomorrow)

There was a suggestion to contact Tim Diekmann
regarding Program Committee for OSGi DevCon.
This is a great choice - he's local and he's the co
chair of the EEG. Oisin takes action item to contact
him.

On discounting - after consulting the wisdom of the
crowd at ESE, it looks good if we do a 50% discount
for Standard/Extended talks, and the PC retains a
pool of 100% grants for deployment later - some numbers
need to be crunched for this first. Note that tutorials
have 2 free passes, regardless of length.
