Re: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Updated submission guidelines + Subs page

Actually, 1073 is intended to be real. I can re-enter if that's easier.

I can clear out the test talks with out a problem. I just want to be clear before I do this. Are all the talks going to be cleared out? Or just these talks:

#1072 [test] XSLT Tutorial

#1073 An Overview of the Eclipse Development Process for Committers

Also I think it would be a good idea to show the times for each of the types. This would bookend nicely with the new feature that Oison asked for, allowing the speakers to indicate if (and why) they might need extra time for their talk. Let me know if you want the times added to the types and I will do that right away.

One of them is a test from Dave Carver :)

It'd be nice to see what each of the "Types" maps to (at least in terms of
time) right on the submission page.

Also, should the "Short" type just be "Talk"?

Short is now "Standard" and is 25 mins
Lightning is now 12 mins
Tutorial is now 120 mins, but it should be 120/180

We spoke of resetting the database at some point before rolling it out. Are
we still going to do that?

We'll just clear the tests talks I think. Since we have
Marcus in there already we may as well carry on. What
think you, Gabe?

Shall we announce this thing to the world? Any objections?
