This is a "Making for Eclipse" talk that didn't have any tags after
submission, so I've added the ones I think are appropriate :)

The 'product' mentioned in the talk is a free download, which is good,
but this talk is an update on what's coming down the pipe in the next
version. So it's definitely not deserving of an 'Extended' talk and so
we should recommend a 'Standard' talk. There is probably too much
for a 'Lightning' talk.
