Given this cancellation, I'd like to "convert" one of the tutorials I had to decline to be a long talk, to take it's place.

I've managed to edit the type to "long talk" but I think someone else has to change the accept/decline state? Scott?
Neil and Shaun will update the description etc., once that's done.
