We actually have two cancelled talks: 510 in web
tools, and 316 in TPTP.
David Williams is looking into finding a replacement talk for 510.
Eugene says that he does not have a replacement for 316.
I am going to hold both open for a couple of days to see if anything
else shakes out and then I have a couple of ideas for fill ins.

I'm sorry to have to cancel the already accepted talk "JSDT in
practice" hoping it's still early enough to pull this out before it
goes into print.
Andreas Ecker and I planned this talk under the impression that this
would be backed up by experience of an ongoing project (QXDT) which
was now cancelled. So neither of us has now the resources to actually
fly over to the USA and do this talk.
I'm really sorry that this comes so late in your process and hope to
not be the cause for too much inconvenience.
