Program Committee Members,
Sigh... this is the part of the job that I hate... being the "heavy"...

There's a deadline for marking your talks as accepted/declined: originally it was December 10th, but apparently Scott has slipped it until the end of the week: Friday, December 12th. But that's it - if you don't have 80% of your talks marked as accepted/declined by Friday, the penalty is that you don't get your free registration to EclipseCon. (On the theory that we aren't going to "pay" you if you don't complete the "work".)

Just a reminder from "Knuckles" to get all those talks marked green or red. Today or tomorrow would be best...
