All,

We all know that most of the talks are not going to show up until the last couple of days, but we still have to make sure that everyone knows that the submission system is open.  I don't want anyone to wake up on November 25th and say:

    "I didn't know the submission system was open"
</whiny_voice>

Will you all please post to the newsgroups and mailing lists for the projects within your category to announce that the submission system has been opened up?  If we all post now, and once again (I will send a reminder) near November 20th then I think we remove all excuses.
