Don't know what the process is to find keynote presenters.  Two you 
might want to consider if they haven't already done it in the past.

I've heard both of these guys in the past and Robert Martin is just 
freaking hysterical.  Both have info that I think the eclipse community 
could benefit from, especially while developing e4.
