For Emerging Technologies, there are no particular scheduling restrictions. My only request is for my category, and for all categories, that multiple short talks on the same topic and/or by the same author NOT be scheduled for the same one hour sessions. I realize that the authors want to do that in order to have a 20 minute talk instead of a 10 minute talk, but it would be bad for the concept of short talks if some of them were "not so short". The point of having multiple short talks by one person (or one topic) is to allow that person to talk about two _different_ (or N different) aspects of the topic. Thus having the talks back to back is going to cause the person to run the issues together and just be a "short long talk".  So, please, no sequential short talks.
