I declined my own talk for the same reasons. One thing I would like  
to point
out, however, is that this spreadsheet only measures the number of talks
submitted by the person - not the number that they are actually  
intending
to present, or the number they have authored.

I'll give an example - Adrian Mos has submitted two talks, but will only
be presenting one. His boss is presenting the other, and Adrian got to
do the footwork in terms of putting in the submission :)

The numbers bear a little more investigation.
