Jeff,

Rich and I will review it and likely decline it.   We'll need to think
about polite comments for declines.  After all, we'd like folks to try
again next year and might even need backups in case anyone backs out of
their committments.

That does sound miscategorized.  We already have tutorials that cover all
these topics, most by the developers of the technologies...
