RE: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Tutorial voting and theOpen process (IMPORTANT)

Heated agreement with Ed and Bjorn. It certainly would not be too much to
ask for each of us to go thru his spreadsheet and enter a comment for each
tutorial proposal into Bugzilla. Openness is paramount. There is no need to
toss out the tabulation Tim did, let's just post our votes to the public.

Did I understand it correctly that today's conf call is off then? Tim,
please clarify.

+1 to public votes and openess (public = more public than this mailing
list)

I'd like to re-propose doing the voting with bugzilla votes. Sure, anybody
who wants to vote can vote. But it's unlikely anybody besides the PC people
will bother. If they're motivated enough to do that, why not? It will be
completely open, and automated. Doing plus votes through comments would be
very tedious, I think. The only disadvantage is that you can't vote -1
through bugzilla, but you could always add a comment for that. That should
be rare anyway.
