[eclipse.org-committers] PHP Service shutdown - Clarification

Hi Everyone,

  I wanted to clarify that the upcoming PHP shutdown has absolutely no impact on www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php  which is still the expected download URL for project artifacts and is maintained by the Foundations Software-dev team.[1]

This change only impacts the subset of projects that previously created custom PHP content on either download.eclipse.org or archive.eclipse.org(whether that was from direct file access or via a CI instance). 

If you have specific questions, please either contact the Infrastructure team directly or post to [2][3].

I apologise for the confusing messaging on this.
