[eclipse.org-committers] Infra update: Gerrit, Github, Bugzilla, more.

I haven't done an Infra update in a long time. Now seems to be a good time!
Gerrit
======
We're planning on upgrading our Gerrit instance to the latest version,
2.11 this Friday, June 5 at 3:00pm as most will already be winding down
for the weekend. See also:

Bugzilla/GitHub
===============
You may have noticed that Gerrit and Github now actively "talk" to
Bugzilla. If a commit message contains "Bug: XXXXXX" a reference to the
Gerrit change/GitHub pull request will be created on Bugzilla.
The Bugzilla "See Also" field will now accept links to a GitHub PR, a
Gerrit change and a cGit commit.
Also, the CLA verification and committer sync mechanisms have been
reworked to make them much more robust.
Hudson and Builds
=================
Through the Common Build (CBI) project we are making numerous
enhancements to the Eclipse Build Infra, including Hudson slaves running
on various platforms, such as other Linux distros, Mac OS and Windows.
If you're a release engineer, we'd like to see you on these two lists:

MyFoundation Portal
===================
The MyFoundation Portal (link below) is in the process of being
dismantled and retired. Most of the Portal's functionality has been
ported to the PMI, and for all the remaining functionality in the Portal
we've identified a new home. Migrating those leftover pieces will be a
priority for the rest of the year.

Old Dashboard, New Dashboard
============================
The old dashboard at http://dash.eclipse.org is also scheduled to be
retired shortly. It is being replaced with a modern dashboard at
http://dashboard.eclipse.org
