Greetings,

Yesterday, Eclipse.org services suffered a performance degradation 
upstream from us.  We were advised that our colocation facility was 
fighting a DDoS against their servers, or another client.

Today, it appears the problems are persisting.  Our colo facility is 
aware of the situation and is doing everything they can to ensure 
Eclipse.org is not affected.

Our servers are fine, and we are not experiencing the DDoS ourselves.  
Our ability to send packets seems to be severely limited, on an 
intermittent basis.

I apologize for the inconvenience.  I'll post further updates as I 
receive them.
