Greetings Eclipse Technical Advisory Council.

Our May 2026 meeting is on Thursday May 14 2026 at 11:00 am EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), 5:00 pm CET (Central European Time).

For this month's meeting, I'd like to start by reviewing some updates to the Eclipse Foundation Development Process (we didn't cover this last meeting).

I'm pushing the work to a branch in this repository.

I've created a 2026 milestone that I've been using to track the progress of various related issues.

I've published my work in progress to the website here. And have rendered a diff document here.

I regard most of the changes as housekeeping and alignment with current practices. I've captured a summary of the changes here.

Please take a few minutes to review the diff document before our call on Thursday.

I will time-box the discussion related to the EDP to 30 minutes to leave time for other topics.

Jesse has asked that we discuss the CVE Process. I will try to get someone from the Security Team to attend and represent their interests.
