I have a few topics for this Thursday's call.

Specifically, I would like to brief you on some efforts that I'm working on this quarter:

Rehabilitate the Incubation Phase
Create a mandatory committer training programme
As you can no-doubt tell, I have included links to issues. Your input, as always, is appreciated.

I would also initiate the process for adding some potential new ETAC members.

Does anybody have other topics that they'd like to add to the agenda?
