Re: [eclipse.org-architecture-council] EclipseCon 2016 AC/PC session

I agree with David, I am not in favor of a panel discussion unless we have something controversial or forward-leading to discuss there.

I am not sure what Tyler is going to talk about in his keynote about the future of IDEs. That might be an interesting topic for a panel on Thursday (discussing the fall-out of that keynote), but that highly depends on the content of the keynote and what the architecture council have to say about that. But maybe that is a different panel discussion then, not the meet-the-architecture-council thing, but more something like “what do you think about the future of IDEs”, probably with a different set of panelists than purely the AC.

Just some thoughts…
