You can get a lot of information out of this page by playing with
the parameters.
For example... projects on CVS that have been inactive for six or
more months:
http://eclipse.org/projects/tools/status.php?git=0&cvs=1&liveliness=3
Projects on CVS that are active:
http://eclipse.org/projects/tools/status.php?git=0&cvs=1&liveliness=1
You can also filter by top-level project... Technology projects on
CVS that are active:
http://eclipse.org/projects/tools/status.php?git=0&cvs=1&liveliness=1&top=technology
At some point, I probably should add UI elements to do some of this
filtering...
