I unfortunately have some civic duties to attend to and won't be able to make the call.

Between now and the next meeting, the FOSDEM call for papers will probably come out and I'd encourage as many Eclipse community members to attend as possible.  The Foundation has applied for an Eclipse "Dev Room" so hopefully we'll get that approved; Ian will keep us posted, I'm sure.  FOSDEM is an outstanding community-building event and has no entry fee.

Greetings folks!

I've added an agenda item to discuss adding new members to our ranks. Please spend a few minutes thinking about candidates that we can consider on our October 11 call.

FWIW, we tend to have these initial discussions during the phone calls (i.e. not in the mailing list) to avoid potential embarrassment to unsuccessful candidates.
