The proposed changes to the Bylaws mention an annual "Community Report". This
notion replaces the previous requirement to produce a roadmap (I intend to
reuse that section in the EDP document). I believe that some elements of the
roadmap belong in the community report. 

What, specifically, goes in the community report?
