[] Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Getting in touch with the AC (was: Check your feature includes in Helios)

Thanks Ian.  That is great information. It would be great to include this in the build to catch issues.

An update for folks. Seems a number of the projects tweaking were using Buckminster. In a message to the Cross-project list Thomas Hallgren posted that Buckminster will be changed for RC3 to not tweak feature includes by default.  This should clear up the majority of the cases.

Thanks also Martin for the list points.  I was thinking that I should open a bug to facilitate communication.  Seems it would be good to post the AC list reasoning.

Hi Ian (and others),
the Eclipse Architecture Council (short: AC) mailing list is a closed list. Only AC members are subscribed and can post.
The official way for Community Input to the AC is filing a bug against the AC component.
See "Getting in Touch" on the AC Homepage:
We announced this on the mailing list on 11 Sep 2008:
Looks like we should send a refresher at some point, and / or revamp our website...
[please file a bug against AC if you strongly want this :)]

For reasons I don't understand, I'm not able to post to (or even subscribe to) the AC mailing list (likely a discussion for another day).  Maybe someone on the AC can forward this to that list for me.
