Wayne, I think it would be useful to have a bit more clarity on whether we're talking about documentary or code resources -- unless code and doc are to be treated the same way, in which case I have a lot of wiki work to do :)
I'm mainly talking about Electronic resourse, particularly articles. Code if it came from another source, probably needs to be linked too as well where you got the code from. The main reason to at least have a link to the original source is to give credit where credit is due, and so that people can do further reading on a particular topic if they want.
