[eclipse.org-architecture-council] Architecture Council Categories on Wi

I've created a couple of categories on the wiki page to help organize 
some of the content.  The main architecture council page can be found here:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Category:Architecture_Council

All pages that should appear in the top level architecture council page 
need to have the following markup added at the bottom:

[[Category:Architecture Council]]

Currently there is one sub category:

[[Category:Architecture Council Meeting Minutes]]

I've added the Architecture Council category to the Main Page of the wiki.

Martin with the new category pages, and if people create sub-categories 
we can start to move some of the higher level description information to 
these other pages.   I would probably suggest once all the necessary 
sub-catagories have been created to then update the general Architecture 
Council page to have who we are, what we do, and what the strategic 
goals are for the group.   With links describing what each of the 
sub-categories are.
