I'd like to nominate Tom Schindl to the council.  He's very active in 
the E4 workbench work, and has been instrumental in innovations such as 
data binding.  Clearly he has been helping drive the evolution of 
Eclipse's architecture and will keep doing so.  I think he'd make a 
great addition.
