[eclipse.org-architecture-council] Eclipse architecture reference pictur

We discussed in our last Architecture Council meeting about the need to update the eclipse.org architecture pictures (part of the roadmap document).
I got the action point to draft a new proposal about the Eclipse architecture reference picture. 

Here is the proposals that we created as a group work here in Nokia.

Lets hope we can use these pictures as one starting point during our face to face meeting. 
Comments, improvements and improvement proposals are welcome already before the meeting.
