[eclipse-pmc] Request to remove inactive committers from Buildship proje

Dear Eclipse PMC,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Donát Csikós, and I am the project lead on the Buildship project. I am writing to formally request the removal of two inactive committers from our project’s committer list:

- Stefan Oehme (GitHub: oehme), whose last contribution was in 2017

- Rene Groeschke (GitHub: breskeby), whose last contribution was in 2016

Both committers have been inactive for several years and do not appear to be involved in the project any longer. In accordance with Eclipse Foundation guidelines, I kindly request that they be removed from the Buildship committer list.
