Dear EMO,

Platform Text, Platform UI and the Eclipse PMC have agreed to move Platform Text into Platform UI. This move is tracked by https://bugs.eclipse.org/481715. As a part of this, they approved to add the current Platform Text lead (myself) as new co-lead to Platform UI.

I hereby ask the EMO to approve me as additional co-lead of Platform UI.
