Subject: [eclipse-pmc] PMC approval for "works-with" dependency on Chromium

PMC approval is required for declaring "works-with" dependencies, and the rationale and approval has to be documented on a public mailing list. We have a new case where we want to declare a "works-with" on Chromium. If the required libraries are present, SWT will use them to create a Browser widget using the Chromium renderer. If the library is not present, SWT will fall back to using another available browser renderer. This is consistent with how we have treated other browser library dependencies such as WebKit. Please take a look at the CQ and cast your approval (or not) on this list. I'll then refer to the mailing list thread in the CQ.
