JDT Core detected a critical bug
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=301438) which got introduced
into R3.5.1. I have carefully analyzed the situation and reviewed the
suggested patch which reverts a small piece of code back to R3.5 state).
Given the impact of this bug I gave the PMC approval to fix this.

This will need another build for RC4 as soon as the fix is released.
Olivier, please let Kim know when you are ready.
