Based on our discussion, it's my understanding that all these jars are
essentially derived from the top level code. That being the case, we will not
require separate CQs: they are only required when the jar files are present as
distinct "*.jar" files in the original source code.
Source downloaded to P:\Due Diligence\3rd Party\Apache\Ant\Ant_1_7_1\Code for
review.
As soon as we get +1 from PMC, I'll process this for parallel IP.
