Request for new API in
org.eclipse.jdt.core.refactoring.descriptors.MoveDescriptor (plug-in
org.eclipse.jdt.core.manipulations)
This API allows to configure a move refactoring so that it can be executed
programmatically.
GOALS/BENEFITS:
API to programmatically invoke a move refactoring
