[eclipse-mirrors] Eclipse torrents?

I'm reestablishing the eclipse mirror at ibiblio and am waiting on rsync
ACL access.  In the meantime, I'd like to ask whether the eclipse
maintainers would support distribution via BitTorrent.  We've recently
launched a torrent service at ibiblio to provide stable, reliable,
permanent torrent distribution.  This would help with the high load of
new releases.
