[eclipse-mirrors] Mirror ftp.tu-clausthal.de is ready

I have finished setting up the mirror. The path to eclipse is either 
/pub/eclipse or /pub/bsd/eclipse (the first one is a symlink to the 
second one, so it SHOULD work. Unfortunately I son't have enough space 
in more "appropriate" areas like /pub/mirror, so I had to put it into 
/pub/bsd.

The protocol is either ftp or http with the limitation that downloads 
with the http-protocol are limited to a few megs (somewhere between 30 
and 60 is the limit), so I would suggest using ftp only.

The name of the server is ftp.tu-clausthal.de and the IP is 
139.174.2.36. This is NOT the IP for the rsync-connection!
