[eclipse-dev] Eclipse 3.7 and 4.1 M1 N&N needed by Wed. Aug. 4

Please coordinate with your component team lead and send me your new and
noteworthy items for Eclipse 3.7 and 4.1 M1 by Wed Apr. 20. I'll edit your
contributions into a single HTML document that will accompany the 
milestone build when it wraps on Friday.

I will assume for this milestone that
all new features will be present in both 3.7 and 4.1 builds. For future
milestones, I will update the template to request that any entries that
will appear in only one build or the other to be flagged. This should only
affect components that have forked in the 4.x stream (currently only platform
UI).

Here's the template containing the very few guidelines.



Please use the template, and take a minute to review the guidelines, as
it 
saves work the closer you follow them.
