[eclipse-dev] Bundle version changes for the Ant contributions

This is a general FYI that the bundle
version for ant.core, ant.ui and ui.externaltools have all been altered
recently.

During 3.4 development, the minor versions
of these plugins was incremented. 
This was incorrect. Only bug fixes have
occurred in these plugins for 3.4.
The API tooling has been improved to
catch these mistakes (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=227556).

We have corrected the changes to only
increment the maintenance segment via the following bugs in recent builds:

Current version information for our
plugins:
ant.core - 3.1.300
ant.ui - 3.2.300
ui.externaltools - 3.1.300
