Your assessment was right - Update and Help component didn't change since
they gave a GO couple of M3 candidates ago and that verdict didn't change.

As of 11/16/02 01:24 we are missing go/no go status for:

Platform-UI
Technically we are missing go/no go status from the following. Although
for these I'm willing to assume an implied go since the people involved are
on other teams that have (or will) report in or have had no "major" ongoing
work released
