Hi folks,

So it seems due to historical reasons about half of these files where
checked into CVS as binary files, the other half as ASCII files.  This
results in bug 20326 since we do all builds for all platforms on Linux.

So I have slammed the about.html, notice.html and cpl-v10.html files in all
plugins to make them ASCII -ko CVS types and have released these changes to
HEAD.

Could all component owners make sure you version all of your plugins and
release them for Thursday mornings build.
