[ecf-dev] ECF Helios M5 build complete

Hi Folks,

The Helios M5 build is this week, and as part of the Helios simultaneous 
release ECF has made a contribution to it.  I thought that people might 
want to install and use it.

First, you will need Eclipse 3.6M5, which is available here [1].  The 
ECF p2 repo for Helios M5 is here [2].  The zip for the same build is 
here [3].
