[ecf-dev] Usage data report

Hi Folks,

There's a report on the usage data collector available from Ian S:

ECF filetransfer registers very well...as you can see...essentially 
because of it's use by P2.

Now if we can get other parts of ECF used by other packages and/or 
define a new package (e.g. 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=218829) we could get some 
love from the eclipse.org distribution infrastructure (which is heavily 
geared toward packages IMHO, and away from any project that is not part 
of/distributed as a package...as I think is clear from the data as well).
