[ecf-dev] cleaning up of 'old' ECF data

Hi Folks,

I've been asked by the webmasters on ECF's 'conversion to runtime 
project bug':  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=246012#c47 
if we are ready to remove the 'old' ECF data (when we were a technology 
project). 

As far as I know, we have updated the ECF website, downloads, and build 
scripts to all use/point to the /cvsroot/rt/org.eclipse.ecf area instead 
of /cvsroot/technology/org.eclipse.ecf so I'm inclined to tell Matt to 
'go ahead'.

I wanted to check with the other committers however:  If you know of 
something that has not yet been changed over and needs to be fixed 
please say so immediately.  Unless I hear a 'STOP', I'll be giving the 
go ahead to Matt tomorrow (Wed) am pacific time.
