Thank you again for volunteering to create a Ganymede video. I am looking forward to seeing the results. As discussed, here are the next steps for making the videos happen. 



  1. Please visit http://www.opentechmedia.com/content/view/43/ for a
     description on how to record the demo.  If you have any questions
     please contact OpenTech Media at support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
     <mailto:support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
  2. Please select a slot for when you will be finished your video.
       We would like people to commit to finish by June 13, 20, 27 or
     July 7.   This will help us with the production of the final
     videos.   Those that commit to finishing earlier will get priority
     in the post-production queue.
  3. Below are some examples of videos completed by the Mylyn, BIRT and
     ecore Tools team.

  4. Attached is a fact sheet that we would request be filled out for
     each video.  It provides the details that the OpenTech team needs
     to do the post production.  The attached is the sample that was
     done by the BIRT team.
