[ecf-dev] changes to overview docs

Hi Folks,

I've started in on changes and additions to the arch overview docs on 
eclipse.org:  I'm trying to make it more 'introductory tuturial-like' 
(not really a tutorial...but that is coming as well).  If you have any 
thoughts/comments about this or want to contribute please let me know.
