[dtp-pmc] Today's DTP build

Today's DTP build is on hold due to a CVS issue. The Java source for the
org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.mysql plug-in is missing (was there for
Friday afternoon's build), and I can't find any trace of how it was
removed. I have contacted the CVS admin for help. Once we have restored
these files, we will build against HEAD.
