Jeff's contributed recently to ensuring DTP continues to work with the latest
Eclipse Platform and Orbit updates (eg., Lucene 8).

As my time is increasingly stretched thin, and he needs to ensure DTP
continues to work so his downstream projects & products can depend on it,
