[dtp-dev] Migration Hooks Added to Connection Profile Framework

Hey all,

I've added some hooks into the connection profile framework (within
connectivity) which allow adopters to migrate existing connection profiles
to conform to new product versions.  Please review the changes attached to
BZ181101 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=181101).

Please let me know if you have any questions, comments, concerns, etc.

Barring any negative feedback, I plan to apply this patch the end of this
week.
