[dtp-dev] SQL Parser Extension Home

Hey all,

This question came up during our API review, where should the SQL parser
extension live?  The legacy SQM code from WTP/RDB contained a sqlParser
extension point which was accessible from the DatabaseDefinition, so the
real question is, should this relationship be maintained for the new SQL
parser framework?

For 1.0, the connectivity project will not be declaring this extension
point as public API.
