[dtp-dev] DTP Wiki now available

As Phoenix was brought online, so was the Eclipse Wiki. You can find a link
to the main Wiki page in the "Getting Started" box on eclipse.org. (Only
committers can edit.) I created a top-level DTP Wiki page, so please feel
free to start filling in content.

For those (like me) unfamiliar with Wiki text formatting rules, the
following site might be useful:

Any suggestions for using Wiki (formatting, best practices, etc.) would be
appreciated. Please send to this list
