RSE 1.0 has been postponed by 1 week for the reasons listed in 
http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/dsdp-tm-dev/msg00667.html

1.0RC4 has been posted instead on
http://download.eclipse.org/dsdp/tm/downloads/drops/S-1.0RC4-200611031816/
as well as the update site on
http://download.eclipse.org/dsdp/tm/updates/

please read the build notes! - We will continue testing and fixing 
critical bugs next week in order to achieve a stable 1.0 by next friday.
