Martin,

Thank you for the approval.  We've made the technical changes you
mentioned below.  As for the other questions, I'm going to withhold
working on a full set of slides for evangelizing/community-building
until after we get moved to Sequoyah.  TmL as a project is essentially
end of life as of this release although most of the code will move to
the new repository.

The slides provide answers to the questions asked on the release
process guidelines at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/HOWTO/Release_Reviews.
If more information is required during this review, then I would
expect to see it outlined there.
